The staff was gracious and helpful, providing medical assistance when we were ill. The comfort and room service were amazing, making our recovery enjoyable. The panoramic view of Salta was worth it. Despite language barriers, the staff made an effort to assist us. The location near the bus terminal was convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice big bed. Every staff member was friendly and offered advice on tours and activities.
No negatives from this place.

The hotel had spacious and comfortable rooms. We had a great night's sleep on the enormous and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent breakfast options. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, offering a relaxing time. Additionally, the hotel facility was clean and well-maintained.

The hotel is located uphill but it provides a fantastic view of the mountains and the city center, which is only a short taxi ride away. Guests can enjoy meals at the hotel's restaurant and breakfast includes fresh fruits. Rooms are clean and the staff provides excellent service.
Some guests noted daily changes of towels and soap, which resulted in unnecessary waste.

The view from the hotel was breathtaking, especially at sunset. , the staff was attentive and helpful throughout our weekend stay. We appreciated the convenience of the medical staff on-site when we needed assistance.
The location was a bit far from the city center, requiring a taxi for transportation. our room was a bit cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to assist us, even with the language barrier. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the city. The amenities provided, such as the mini-bar and in-room safe, added to our comfort. The hotel had a lovely restaurant with delicious food and room service was available. We also appreciated the medical facilities on-site, which came in handy when we fell ill. The staff took care of us and made sure we were comfortable. our experience here was top-notch.
We highly recommend this hotel to all.

During my Xmas stay, I really enjoyed the view from the hotel. It was stunning at night and definitely added a magical touch to my holiday experience. the staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. the breakfast was good with fresh fruit.
That the hotel is a bit of a distance from the town centre. It wasn't easy to get around without a car, but the hotel offers taxi services which were affordable.
